In Sanskrit, the term Pingala signifies “orange” or “tawny.” Pingala nadi (energy) is associated with the energy of the sun (Soorya tattva) hence it is also called Surya Nadi Pingala Nadi is warm, active, and stimulating in nature, hence maintaining the body temperature.

Bindu is a cozy blue room with a king bed next to the main shared classy bathroom.
